Since installation 3 years ago our heat pump has never properly heated or cooled our small mini home. This past February it stopped working all together and we called for service. It took 6 weeks to get it fixed and that was only with me constantly calling for updates on parts and service appointments. Very unhappy with this company's products and service.

We have been waiting 6 months for our fireplace to be finished. We have called and left voice-mails which we received no call backs. Once we finally got a hold of the owner we are constantly lied to and claims he will be coming to finish this week". It has been 6 months of waiting for the final touches. Beyond disappointed."
