Mike Yap is the contractor that you want all your contractors to be like. He is super friendly, knowledgble, and honest. He won't try to sell you anything unnecessary, and charges you honestly. Mike helped me set my plan in place for the replacement of my furnace and hot water tank when he did a check-up in the spring. Now it is fall, and Mike just replaced them and had to get some serious replacement parts for my A/C as well. Mike did not install the A/C 6 years ago, however he made sure the parts were under warranty and I will have him do the yearly maintenance from now on! Mike's work is top notch. Myself and my family trust in him and his work and work ethic 100%. Thanks Mike!!!

Yap HVAC is one of the best company's I have dealt with. Mike Yap will make the right recommendation based on your needs and budget and his installations are top notch. Mike spent three and a half days installing my new furnace & A/C which I did not mind as he works alone. These are jobs that you don't want rushed. He's punctual, honest, answered all of my questions and is a great person to work with. I highly recommend his services!

Mike showed up to do a warranty repair on my pool heater. He tore up all of my brand new sod around the area and lost a screw.
